薏米美白凝胶产品配方的开发研究

摘要:以薏米为主要原材料,用水提法提取出薏米营养液,通过单因素实验得到提取数据,取最优结果确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,薏米营养液提取工艺的最优参数为:料液比为130gmL),提取温度为80 ,提取时间为1.5 h。以薏米提取液为原料研制一种具有美白功效的新型凝胶,并对凝胶的制作工艺以及功效性评价进行了研究。

Study on the Glutinous Rice Whitening Gel Products

AbstractThis article using coix seed as the main raw material,  and extracted the semen coicis nutrient solution by water extraction,through the single factor experiment test to extract data, got the optimal results and determined the best extraction technology conditions. The results showed that the optimum parameters of extraction technology for coix seed nutrient solution: material liquid ratio was 1∶30 (g∶mL), extraction temperature was 80 ℃, extracting time was 1.5 h, coix seed extract texture under the condition of this process was best. A new type of gel with whitening effect was developed with the seed of Jobs tears extract as raw material, and the preparation process and efficacy evaluation of this gel were studied in detail.
